This class can be added to any dance class as a supplement or separately.

This class is designed as a supplement to students ballet training. The class will focus on safe and effective stretching and muscle conditioning for dancers. Stretch students will be safely guided to appropriately gain muscle flexibility, strength and proper development. Emphasis will be given on anatomy and muscle mechanics and injury prevention.
8 year old minimum.
