OUR STORY

Central Oklahoma Dance Company (CODC) is a holistic, community-oriented, professional contemporary ballet company located in Norman, Oklahoma. We provide the central Oklahoma dance region with professional, quality ballet, modern and contemporary performances as well as community-centered ballet education programming.

Formed in 2018 by Sterlin Mosley, Catie Tramel and Aaron Addonizio with the aim of providing at the highest quality of contemporary and classical dance performance and education opportunities for everyone. We believe that the gift of dance is its ability to uplift, inspire and unite people of all communities. CODC values diversity, equity and elevating the voices of marginalized communities and peoples through the medium of dance.

CODC is also dedicated to promoting dance education to people of all ages. The Adult Ballet Collective in conjunction with Askew Ballet Academy, is a performance group geared toward providing performance opportunities for dancers of all ages and ability levels.
